Purchased a Used SUV I cannot recommend this dealer more! This was my first experience buying a car and the service I received was amazing. Kirk Rose was the Morrie's representative who helped me. I sat down, he listened to what I wanted and could afford, pulled one off the lot and after the test drive I knew it was the one! I couldn't believe how good of a match it was - I didn't even want to consider other vehicles. Kirk even took it to the auto body/mechanic that I wanted when I couldn't due to my work schedule. He did all of the leg work for me! The car checked out and I went through with the purchase. I worked with Luke Yarbrough in finance and he had excellent customer service and answered all of my questions! The people I dealt with overall were fun, relaxed and easy-going, and they will take care of you! I highly recommend going here to purchase a car - will be using them in the future! More

Then, I changed my mind and no one even was upset about it. They hung in there with me and finally, the right car caught my attention ~~ a 2014 Impreza Sport. It fits me perfectly and I will enjoy it for years to come. They even had a good sense of humor which made the transaction very pleasant. I bought my Forester there, too, 4 years ago. I can't express my appreciation enough to the service department for all their help and pointers during those 4 years. Their work was accurate and thorough and I actually enjoyed the times I took my Forester in for routine maintenance. I heard that Subaru buyers are the most well informed buyers by the time they get to the dealership. I did considerable research for this purchase as I had done 4 years ago when I bought my first Subaru. There are good reasons we "SUBIES" stick together and are faithful customers year after year. Kirk let me take the car to the Midas shop across the street to have it inspected. Kirk was friendly, and he said that he does not sell junk, because he has to sleep at night. I think he was telling the truth. I have been happy with my vehicle. A month after the fact I brought the car in for a car wash through their PB4W program. Kirk gladly got the car washed(FYI the PB4W does not include any interior or vacuuming work). I mentioned that the detail cleaners had not removed one of the stickers from the inside of the windshield, and Kirk took care of it himself right then. I was also pleased with the ammount of money that I got for the vehicle I traded in. More
Buy Happy?? YOU BET!!!! A month ago we sold our 2005 Subaru Outback on Craigslist (within 3 days) and were without another vehicle. Since we hadn't been in the market for 9 y A month ago we sold our 2005 Subaru Outback on Craigslist (within 3 days) and were without another vehicle. Since we hadn't been in the market for 9 years, we really weren't sure what we wanted to replace our car with. We knew we loved Subaru, but we were open to exploring new options. We test drove nearly 20 different cars in a 3-day window: the Chevy Equinox, the Chevy Traverse, the Honda CR-V, Volkswagen Sportwagon, Volkswagen Tiguan, Mercedes GLK350, BMW X3, and more...we finally ended back at the Subaru dealer where we'd serviced our Outback for 8 years - Morries Brooklyn Park. We'd had such great experiences with the service team, especially Loren Vanduinen, so we knew we'd be in good hands with the sales team. We were not disappointed! We arrived at 430p on a Saturday. We'd had some rather unpleasant experiences with some of the other dealerships and we were exhausted from researching and driving cars. After explaining to Scott Thomas, sales mgr, that were just weren't sure what we wanted, but were curious about the Forester, Scott unhesitatingly pulled a car around for us to drive. We knew it was near closing time and yet he allowed us the time we needed to consider the car. We decided on the car we wanted, but then were told we'd have to order it. Having been longtime customers of Morries, Scott went above and beyond for us and put us in a loaner until our car came in. We fell in love with the loaner - which was the same car - and we knew we'd made the right decision. When we went in to the dealer to pick-up our car and EVERYONE was awesome. Ryan Mills (accessories/service manager) shared with us where we could find a great Kayak and helped us with the extras we wanted for our car, Sales Manager Tina Ingalls made her way over to introduce herself and thanked us for being customers, the Finance Manager, Kim, was terrific to work with - she answered all our questions in a clear and concise way (and thanked us for being well-prepared). There was not one person that we didn't have a great experience with in this entire process. We would not hesitate to send our friends and family to Morries BP...and we are continually amazed at their level of customer service, satisfaction, and care...long past the sale of a vehicle. They make it easy and enjoyable to be loyal customers! We LOVE our new Subaru Forester Limited!!! LOVE IT!!! More
