Great People To Work With I purchased a new Subaru and the whole experience was excellent. A high class operation all around. Tim Ruscher took his time to show us the vehicles I purchased a new Subaru and the whole experience was excellent. A high class operation all around. He followed up with calls to our home to see if any questions came up after we drove the vehicle a few days. Would recommend dealership to purchase a new or used vehicle. More

The service manager, Chris Fagerlie, and service advisor Ali Alvi, always greet The service department at Morrie's Brooklyn Park Nissan is excellent. The service manager, Chris Fagerlie, and service advisor Ali Alvi, always greet me by name, remembering me despite all of the many customers that they encounter. They are knowledgeable about Nissan cars, and take the time to keep me informed of the service progress on my Altima. Whenever my car needs routine maintenance, or the occasional "repair", servicing it at Morrie's is a pleasure, not just a necessary evil. Thank you Chris, Ali and Morrie's. More

Awesome Experience I was shopping for a vehicle, had a pretty good idea of what I wanted, actually visited other Subaru dealerships but not exactly a warm inviting feeli I was shopping for a vehicle, had a pretty good idea of what I wanted, actually visited other Subaru dealerships but not exactly a warm inviting feeling... We got to Brooklyn Park Subaru where we met Max Tosca; my whole I am dreading it outlook changed towards car shopping. Seriously Max was very informative, relatable, it was just a good experience everyone was very patient in reviewing my options lease, buy or lease then buy? By the way I am leasing then buying my new Crostrek that I am totally in love with!! I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone who wants great customer service from the buying experience, through finance, right down to the service department. Subaru is known for consumer safety and reliability overall but at Brooklyn Park Subaru you get the total package. Thanks Max I am still driving very happy! M More

My first brand new car I did my research, and knew what I wanted before I went to Morrie's BP Subaru. This would be my second car purchased from them, and my first ever bran I did my research, and knew what I wanted before I went to Morrie's BP Subaru. This would be my second car purchased from them, and my first ever brand new car. Rob Hawkinson arranged a test drive, and of course I fell in love with the 2016 Forester. My first car from Morrie's was also a Forester, now 14 years old, and has 175,000 miles on her. These cars really last! My only regret about the whole process is that I probably won't have to do it again for quite a few years! I look forward to seeing the folks at Morrie's for oil changes and car washes. If my new Forester is as well-built as my old Forester, It won't need to have much service work. That's why I love Subaru, and why I went back to Morrie's even though there are 2 Subaru dealerships closer to my home. Thanks for a great experience, Rob!! More

I found my sales consultant Jayne Granger to be very friendly, knowledgeable and court Morries had the Subaru that I was looking for at a great price! And Ryan the accessories manager was very helpful with scheduling a follow-on appointment to install some very useful options. All in all, one of the best car buying experiences that I've ever had! Great dealership with a great product -Subaru Bought my first 2010 Outback Limited 3.6R in August 2009. Very pleased with the salesman, Scott Thomas and his handlng of the sales process. Had all the service work on the 2010 Outback performed at Morrie's Brooklyn Park Subaru - very satisfied with guality of the service advisors and technicians. Only had one small issue, which was immediately resolved to my complete satisfaction plus a little extra on their part. I returned in January, 2016 for service and started thinking about a replacement car. Scott Thomas had been transferred/ promoted to sales manager at Morrie's Minnetonka Subaru. But no problem, Dean Burke, a salesman, who had provided assistance to me over the years, was very helpful and knowledgeable, Working with Dean over a couple of months about a 2016 Outback Limited 3.6R, we concluded a deal on February 29, 2016 to my complete satisfaction. I am very pleased with Dean Burke and the staff at Morrie's Brooklyn Park Subaru. Love the 2016 Outback. Quite the car with all the safety featues and it drives and rides just wonderful. You just can't go wrong with Subaru and Morrie's Brooklyn Park Subaru. More
