The came across very clear and honest, trustworthy. We needed a vehicle that would work for us as we are getting older.we wanted something with the features that would help us be safer on the road. Something easier to get in and out as we are having a harder time doing that with our health issues. Our sales guy was so understanding to our needs and no pressure. Since we bought our Subaru Foerster one of my work co workers informed me that they also got that very same vehicle two yrs ago from morries in Brooklyn park and they still love their Subaru too. Bad Used Car Experience Purchased a used Outback with "as-is" terms. Purchased a $3,000 after market warranty. 3-mo later the head gasket blew out of state. (with warranty info in the glove box) Service dept was unable to tell me the name or contact info for the warranty company - or the terms or coverage of the warranty. They said "that is between you and the company who provided the plan (meaning the warranty company) Really - you don't even know the name and contact info for the warranty you sold me? Surprisingly unhelpful for a dealer so highly rated. My advice would be to stick with new car purchases, but stay away from used cars at this dealer. More

Time Waste Complete waste of time for about 2 hours by making me sit and finally was told that their price is fixed/ best happy price because they do not want to Complete waste of time for about 2 hours by making me sit and finally was told that their price is fixed/ best happy price because they do not want to waste customer's valuable time. Offered $359 for my used low mileage sports car as showed on printed paper and then scribbled on small paper slip to increase to $1750. Fortunate enough to find another dealer who offered better happier price than best & happy price (>$1500 price drop on a new car) and offered $3500 for my used car. Frankly I would not have looked for alternatives if not been frustrated by the time waste and this prompted me to look for the really better and happier price from the other dealer (Yes it is possible) Thanks for helping me make my decision to shift to buy a new car and saving money. More
Fix a Fix I bought a Forester 3 years ago. Recently, my car was diagnosed with excessive oil consumption. Subaru overhauled the engine at no charge. Whe I bought a Forester 3 years ago. Recently, my car was diagnosed with excessive oil consumption. Subaru overhauled the engine at no charge. When I got the car back there was a vibration when stopped and the air condition was on. The vibration disappeared when the air conditioner was turned off. I brought it back and Mark worked to get it fixed in a couple of hours. Apparently a computer was not reset when the engine overhaul was completed. The fix was quick and free of charge. The bad part was that I had to make an extra trip (70 miles) to get the job totally correct. More
Very easy and very helpful I was in a tough spot with my current vehicle but the staff at Morrie's Nissan helped me transition into a new vehicle very easily. I threw a lot of questions at the staff but they were able to help me with an answer to each one so when I drove out of there, I drove out confidently. Andrew helped me with all the "in's and out's" of my new vehicle. With the features in these new vehicles it can sometimes be a lot to learn. Andrew made sure I had it all figured out before I left. Morrie's is great. I would recommend every time. More

These three made us change are minds and restored are faith in a business that really cares about their customers, most would have look at you and said sorry but not them they fixed it.
