Great Service Experience I took my Frontier in for an oil change. It was the first oil change at the dealer since there location is on the other end of town from work. Steve I took my Frontier in for an oil change. It was the first oil change at the dealer since there location is on the other end of town from work. Steve was very helpful and friendly and re-enrolled me in the Buy Happy program as it appears you get dropped from it if you don't use it. The service department did the work and noticed that one lug nut had come off. They replaced the lug nut for free while doing the rest of the work. I know it sounds like "Its a cheap lug nut and they should replace it for free." but I have been at other dealerships where this would have cost me money. I really enjoy this dealership. From the sales experience to the service, they do it well. More

They fit every stereotype of the sleazy used car salesman and gender biased repair technicians. Got quote for standard 90k miles service tuneup over the phone, then quoted $500 more once there. Wife had to haggle them down to $140 more than original quote and then still missed work while she sat there for 4+ hours for them to work on the car. Preyed on single female who needed help. Also their car wash is almost always broken, and when it does work, I’ve seen dirt and even snow remaining on the car after they drove it around back and got it wet. More

I live about 80 miles from the dealership, found a car online that I liked, drove there, and purchased the veh Morrie's has TERRIBLE customer service! I live about 80 miles from the dealership, found a car online that I liked, drove there, and purchased the vehicle. Since I lived far from the dealership, I declined the "Buy Happy" service, yet it and the $89.99 charge showed up on my bill for the car. They did end up correcting it after I pointed it out to them. I almost missed it though! Crooked! Also, the car needed new plates- I was told that they would mail them out to me when they came in. The week my temporary plates were set to expire, I was out of the country and didn't have phone service. I expected to find my new plates in my mailbox when I got home. Instead, when I landed in the US I got a voicemail saying I could come in anytime to get my plates put on. I called the dealership as soon as they were open and they told me they would overnight ship the plates to me. The next day, I waited around all day for the plates to arrive only they didn't. I called Morrie's again and they said to check for them the next day because they went out that morning, not yesterday as they told me. The lady on the phone got very sassy with me right away. I told her I was frustrated that I couldn't drive my car because I had expired temporary plates. She told me in a very disrespectful tone that I can drive my car anyway, the police won't give you a ticket. I don't think a company should recommend that their customers blatantly break the law! I would NOT recommend buying a car from Morrie's! If you do, expect terrible customer service and check for mistakes before you sign ANYTHING!!! More

I called and talked with Will and he took a down payment over the phone. We set up an appointment to complete the transaction a few days later. I then receive a call the day of the appointment to let me know the vehicle had been sold. This to me is an unethical business practice and I hope everyone that reads this decides to do business elsewhere. More
