Good buyers experience I just drove a 2013 Silverado from Morrie's and wanted to share a my experience. I went to Morrie's Saturday to look at a used Nissan Titan, arrived I just drove a 2013 Silverado from Morrie's and wanted to share a my experience. I went to Morrie's Saturday to look at a used Nissan Titan, arrived prior to opening hours and spent an hour looking at the Titan. I walked into the dealership and started working with Alex Powers. I had already determined this particular Titan was not going home with me but we took it for a test drive because I was still interested in that model. I had already walked the lot before going into the store to see what else was there, Alex and I walked it quick and ruled out any inventory. He suggested we look at the Morrie's Subaru inventory quick as they share. Alex found a Chevy and a GMC 1500. He first brought the Chevy over for me to look over. I spent maybe an hour under the truck and under the hood looking it over good. My questions they worked as a team to answer quickly. Alex brought over the GMC and again was incredibly patient with my looking things over. After test driving I was very positive I wanted to buy. Being close to lunch and knowing I needed to go do some more research on this truck before buying I told Alex I was going to lunch and I might come back. I decided to come back after lunch and close the deal. I requested they make two quick fixes to the truck before I drive it home, they agreed. I turned down financing and they didn't push, thank you! I was offered an agreeable amount for my trade and they did bump it up just the right amount for me. Closing the deal was a breeze and the several associates I worked with were all good. Picked up the truck today and dropped mine off, quick exchange, quick closing with finance. Overall my best buying experience. Thank you Alex and Morrie's Nissan in Brooklyn Park. More
Continued Service Excellence I booked my 20,000 mile service for a Tuesday morning at 7:00, right when they open. I also booked a loaner car because I work on the other side of the Twin Cities and couldn't wait for the service to be completed. When I arrived, it was obvious that they were short staffed and there was one other person ahead of me. Dennis, the only person that was there to help intake cars, was EXTREMELY polite and worked very fast to get the people through the process as smoothly and quickly as possible. I can't count how many times he apologized during the car check out process for taking so much time. He was very sincere. It wasn't just something he was programmed to say. I got a very nice Nissan Rogue Sport as a loaner car and was still out the door at 7:15. Dennis called me about 11:00 and, after apologizing again for the morning, said that the car was finished and that I could pick it up any time. He said that it was in good shape and that there was nothing out of the ordinary that needed attention. I told him that the side mirror housing was broken and asked if he could get me an estimate on how much it would be to replace. He said he noticed the mirror but didn't say anything because I hadn't mentioned it. He also said he'd be happy to get me a quote and asked if could he call me back with it. I said that was fine and less than 15 minutes later he called back with a quote that was, literally, half of what I expected. I said I'd do it at the next service and he told me just to let them know and they'd order the part. ABSOLUTELY NO PRESSURE AT ALL! I SO love working with this service team. They do their job, they are helpful beyond helpful and they don't ever pressure me to get something I don't need or want right now. I can't say enough about this service team. When I went back in the afternoon to pick up my car, I met Steve Tursso, Service Manager, who remembered me by name and went out of his way to talk to my son and me while our car was brought up. It is just a pleasure to work with this service department. Thank you. More

She was very happy to answer all of our questions and truly wanted to make sure that we understood how every feature worked. She was patient and kind. and very personable.
