Morries did the warranty work on our 2016 Sonata Hybrid in a friendly & timely manner! It seems that when we receive a recall notice and notify the dealership to schedule, the remedy is not available for s in a friendly & timely manner! It seems that when we receive a recall notice and notify the dealership to schedule, the remedy is not available for some time. We then need to call back periodically to check status. The delay is a concern if the problem is potentially serious. Perhaps there could be a bit better coordination between Hyundai & the dealership on the timing of the recalls, as well as customer notification when the remedy is available. Keep up the good work!
