They serviced my car and four days later they told me that car replacement speakers may not be covered by a warranty. One of the speakers is damaged and I was told the speakers were probably after-market that car replacement speakers may not be covered by a warranty. One of the speakers is damaged and I was told the speakers were probably after-market not the original dimension car stereo the speaker we’re and should be when replaced. Frustrating! More

Each time I go for an oil change I am there for 2 or more hours, an oil change should not take this long. car was in for 12 month service. Service rep was Rory Johnson. Rory and 12 month service was 5 stars. I also asked for assistance with the drivers seat auto settings function to ma Service rep was Rory Johnson. Rory and 12 month service was 5 stars. I also asked for assistance with the drivers seat auto settings function to make the seat go back automatically to the extended back setting. The tech did not get it accomplished, so I asked Tom Robinson, the sales guru I purchased the car through. He is also 5 star. But he also could not make the adjustment work. So, it will be a project for another time. Prior to taking it in I watched a video on the Genesis website on how to do it. I didn't get it done either. More
