Service manager, Tom and salesman Josh are great. Your detail department needs to work on their attention to detail. I would expect my vehicle to return from a detail shop in better than new conditio Your detail department needs to work on their attention to detail. I would expect my vehicle to return from a detail shop in better than new condition (it is a new vehicle), and it did not, on more than one occasion. Tom and Josh, five stars! This last visit was great but the time before that they had said I got my tires rotated and they were looked at by two different mechanics and said that they were not rotated recently. so that had upset me had said I got my tires rotated and they were looked at by two different mechanics and said that they were not rotated recently. so that had upset me but when I came this last time they had given me free coupons but should have probably given me at least a free oil change but got some coupons for a car wash. otherwise all employees are friendly and helpful. More
