I usually took my vehicle to Walser’s and they could not get my car in for almost 5 weeks. My vehicle was making a strange noise and I did not know if it was a serious problem. The initial recall service was done timely but failed to identify the engine knock or any other issues. The approval for correction took longer than expected. The car was brought in because of a discharge in the battery while it wasn’t being driven for three days. The dealership understood the problem and charge the battery and checked everything out. One thing Hyundai should do is find out how to disconnect the rear back up noise which is driving the neighborhood crazy. There is no reason to have this on there. More

Service was fast. Love the pick up and drop of service. Very convenient for me. Although the pick up was only 3 hours after the vehicle has been done. Price was hefty but I did get a lot of work done. I was only able to use one coupon altho I had multiple that would work. If I knew, I would just have scheduled different repairs for different days and be able to utilize all my coupons and get a better discount. More
