The initial recall service was done timely but failed to identify the engine knock or any other issues. The approval for correction took longer than expected. The car was brought in because of a discharge in the battery while it wasn’t being driven for three days. The dealership understood the problem and charge the battery and checked everything out. One thing Hyundai should do is find out how to disconnect the rear back up noise which is driving the neighborhood crazy. There is no reason to have this on there. More

I wished for the service I was able to see a video summary of work done vs just getting a report sheet. Would have been nice to get visibility to all the repairs I had. Price was hefty but I did get a lot of work done. I was only able to use one coupon altho I had multiple that would work. If I knew, I would just have scheduled different repairs for different days and be able to utilize all my coupons and get a better discount. More
