Not a good experience. I purchased a new vehicle and after 2 weeks noticed the passenger side rug on floor under seat is ripped as though rodent has eaten out. When I shared with them, they wanted to tell me that it is normal and how it came, I asked them to inspect another vehicle and see if that’s is normal. Of course they did not find it and said they will get back to me. I’m still waiting for them to get back to me. More
