Two things: when I serviced my car I asked for a quote to put a trailer hitch on. I never received it. Secondly, when I bought my car I was told the first two years of maintenance was free - - this is not put a trailer hitch on. I never received it. You should be more up front with your customers. So, am I happy with the oil change, NO because I had to pay for it when I was told it would be free. More
Recall services completed well - on time as communicated (waited 3.5 hours) - friendly representative - car left clean but no wash. No working coffee machine 😤😭 but snacks avail. MAKE SURE TO CHECK OVER YOUR ENTIRE CAR BEFORE LEAVING THIS PLACE. My negligence to check the tires after i left their service center cost me way more than it should’ve. Worst experience I’ve ever THIS PLACE. My negligence to check the tires after i left their service center cost me way more than it should’ve. Worst experience I’ve ever had at a dealership and I’ve owned Hyundai’s for 6 years now. Brought my Tucson in to have them take off my snow tires and put on my all weather tires. They damaged my tire with a pocket knife (i know for a fact since they had to use something to cut off plastic that was wrapped around my tire from storing them) and refused to take accountability stating it was more likely that someone stabbed my tire with a knife within 24 hours of it being in their service center. I have cameras on my house also that proved otherwise and they told me their service center cameras were not operating due to construction going on, convenient. The service manager was rude and not understanding at all trying to make me sound incompetent, probably because i’m a woman. They then asked me to pay for a new tire after I had spent nearly $400 already for a service that was no use to me as my car was unable to be driven because of damages they caused. The service center representative was very nice and understanding but otherwise the experience I had was an entire waste of money. If you need service done on your Hyundai, I’d recommend literally anywhere else. More
