This service rep was not friendly or thoughtful. I waited in the lounge for my service but wasn’t informed about the status until I went back to check because the timeline was past when they told me it would be complete I’ve had good service in the past. In fact we’ve purchased our last two vehicles from them. The last couple of visits we’ve had there have been less than satisfactory. I’ll find another place to get my car serviced.
