Excellent service from initial call to actual receiving my new vehicle especially with the way the car market has been (low inventory/having to wait for vehicle delivery) my new vehicle especially with the way the car market has been (low inventory/having to wait for vehicle delivery) More

My last service at Morrie's left a bit to be desired. I was told that my buy happy program was expired - totally fine - but what I wasn't told was that now I no longer get any additional cleaning - insid I was told that my buy happy program was expired - totally fine - but what I wasn't told was that now I no longer get any additional cleaning - inside or outside. I also mentioned that I had an alert for low tires and when I drove away from the service center the light came on for low tires again. Pretty disappointed. More
Worst dealer ever! !! Requested service not done. Battery still dies and needs tow truck jump start. #1 reason car was taken in for service. When I picked my car up i !! Requested service not done. Battery still dies and needs tow truck jump start. #1 reason car was taken in for service. When I picked my car up in the parking lot dash warning lights were still on,. I had to go back in and bring service advisor out to show her. She called mechanic out and he said no problems and did something on the steering wheel to turn warning lights off. 2 weeks later the battery light was back on and the check engine light was on. A Blue Link message said “A possible condition with your “Engine Control System has been detected A full system check is recommended” I called the dealer and was told the 1st appointment was 3 weeks out. I was scheduled to travel to Canada for my sister’s 85th birthday in 3 days, a round trip of 2000 miles. I couldn’t drive 2000 miles with the check engine light on and a possible condition in the Engine Control System particularly since I had specifically mentioned this as my #1 complaint when I brought the car in for service. Jenna at the dealership said she would notify the Service Department and have them contact me on the next business day. NOTHING from the Service Department-no phone call no e-mail no text message. 3 days later I did get an e-mail from Nicole Geenen at Hyundai DealerServices asking me if the dealer had contacted me. Obviously the dealer knew they needed to contact me but hadn’t done so. Morrie’s 394 Hundai is not only incompetent, they’re also rude. More
