Service member was rude and dismissive I've been using Morrie for my cars service since I moved back to the Twin Cities in 2016. I have received great service from Phil and Nick. I will oft I've been using Morrie for my cars service since I moved back to the Twin Cities in 2016. I have received great service from Phil and Nick. I will often bring in competitor coupons to get a discount on my service. My interaction with Chadd was initially good, but upon receiving my bill was surprised my how limited the discount was. When I pointed out that I received a coupon from Morries for that exact service that would have given me a lower price, Chadd dismissively asked why I didn't bring that one instead. I said that i would be happy to go get it and bring it back but found it odd that they would not at least match the price they had offered in their mailer. Chadd shot a look to one of his coworkers, threw my bill in the trash, said absolutely nothing to me, and printed off a new bill that was still more than the advertised coupon price. At this point, with my car no longer under warranty through Hyundai, I see no reason to use Morrie for any of my service needs. I pay more than a Midas because of the customer service alone. That is out the window. More
Great service I called in the morning to have my 2016 Tucson trany checked. I came in the same day and within an hour the adjusted it, washed and vacuumed the car. He answered many of my questions without hesitation. He was very upfront about the issues regarding the transmission. Overall it was a very good experience. Thank you Morrie's 🙂 More
Service pricing a bit out of line I brought my vehicle in to adjust the aiming of the headlights. The service rep indicated in many cases a clip holding the light bulb in may not be p I brought my vehicle in to adjust the aiming of the headlights. The service rep indicated in many cases a clip holding the light bulb in may not be properly set. Turns out that was exactly the issue, and it took a whole five minutes to adjust. However, my cost was $62. This seems out of line for what was actually done. Morries needs to have some flexibility in their pricing. It appears the price is set for whatever they touch. Not a happy Morries customer. More
Easy and friendly! I was able to get an appointment with in a few days of my call. They offered drop off or shuttle service depending on my schedule. At my scheduled time I was greeted by a friendly service person who informed me of everything along the way. Service was very timely and cost was reasonable for the repairs and service needed. It’s always easy to have my car serviced at Morrie‘s 394 Hyundai! More
