Some of the customer service men are friendly. Some are not. When your location makes a mistake it does not take accountability. Everytime i leave there is suddenly a new problem that wasn’t tested in the diagnostic during the first visit.. i left thinking my car would be in better shape instead it worsened. You would think you get the best service for your car going to the dealership. I guess not. It’s upsetting because if you can’t trust your dealer who can you trust with your car. More
I utilized the valet and it took 4 hours for them to return my car. I would rather have visited the location and waited if it had taken less time. After reviewing the paperwork, I seem to have received some sort of “vehicle information” for another vehicle (not mine) and it had someone else’s name and info on it. The inspection information was not detailed and marked everything “green” even though I know there are things that shouldn’t have been marked that way. Makes me wonder if they even did an inspection at all. Altogether I think my experience demonstrates sloppy or rushed service. I’ll probably try to have my oil changed at another Morries, but will likely not go back to this specific location. If it happens again, I’ll switch completely as I could change my own oil for the same price as my “buy happy discount.” Starting to wonder if the Buy Happy gimmick is worth the trouble. More
Nick was courteous and friendly. Service was quick, and finished considerably earlier than my expected wait. Andrea did an excellent job in following up with Hyundai USA's recommendation for a full inspection of the recent oil leakage & clean up of the splash tray. I'm glad nothing serious happened to my 2015 Sona USA's recommendation for a full inspection of the recent oil leakage & clean up of the splash tray. I'm glad nothing serious happened to my 2015 Sonata as a result of the oil leak.
