My teenaged daughter had just totaled the family station wagon and I needed a replacement vehicle ASAP. I always liked the Hyundai 10 year warranty which is what attracted me to Morries Hyundai. I knew that all dealers were running specials on the new Sonata and was hoping to find one of those at this dealer and maybe look at other models too. I walked in and was introduced to Jeff Groebner, a person who doesn't personify the "flashy car salesman" in any sense. He listened to what I needed and we immediately set about solving my problem. I looked at an Elantra Touring first, a small station wagon model, then went over to look at their selection of Sonatas. One jumped out at me. We took that for a quick spin and I knew that's what my family would like to see in our garage. I put money down on it to hold the color I wanted and that was the theme of my initial visit: give me what I wanted, not what they had the most of. Later that week, my wife and I came back to buy the car and Jeff patiently walked us through the paperwork and options. We let Jeff know what our financial goal was for a monthly payment and Morries was not only able to meet that goal, but we ended up with a car that had the option package we wanted, something we didn't think we'd abe able to afford. What made this experience special was the unexpected: Aside from Jeff's self-deprecating humor, we found that for a minimal fee, all we had to do in the first 3 years of ownership was put gas in the car since oil changes were covered along with unlimited car washes. When we brought the car in for our first car wash, we had our first experience with the service department. I can say that I'm not used to having a service rep with a great sense of humor but found one at Morries. A dealership where people feel comfortable enough to engage in some witty persiflage and banter. We are now thinking about getting rid of our other family car and getting another Hyundai at Morries. That should say it all. More
Unlike many of the other dealerships we visited, everyone here seemed attentive and lively. At Morrie's, no one seemed bored stiff. We liked the "here's our best price" sticker, as it made it very easy to see what we were being charged for. Finally, both Melissa and the other staff we talked to actually paid attention to what we said, and acted accordingly. We went in with a very clear objective, and Melissa was very responsive to that. I wanted a 2011 Hyundai Sonata manual transmission. This turned out to be harder than I expected. Most Sonata's are automatics so morrie's did a great job hunting down exactly what I wanted. I was happy with Morries 394 Hyundai because I found Steve to be straightforward, friendly, and caring, not to mention the great deals on cars the dealership has. From the moment I walked in, Steve made sure he accommodated my every need and did everything he could to make sure my time was respected. I'm an attorney and I came in expecting to need to negotiate a deal but was surprised that there is nothing to negotiate- no extra fees are added on to the price after the fact, and Morries truly does give you their best price first. I was incredibly skeptical when they said they give their best price first, but after thoroughly researching the cars, it is true. Overall a very painless experience and I would definitely buy from Steve again. More
This dealer was, by far, the best and easiest to work with during my recent search for a new car. The salesperson, Jeff Groebner, went to great lengths to make sure I had ample time to test drive any vehicle I wanted, which I did over the course of several visits. I had settled on a 2009 Azera Limited as my vehicle of choice. At this point, the inventory on these vehicles was very scarce. Two vehicles I was looking at were sold due to my own hesitation (one was sold while I was in the dealership trying to reach my wife to come look at it). Jeff went out of his way to find a vehicle (in another state) with all the options I wanted, sent a driver to get it and offered to sell it to me at the same price as the other vehicle. After receiving it and test driving it, we gladly accepted the offer and did the deal. All in all, I cannot say enough good things about Morrie's 394 Hyundai and Jeff, the sales person. I was very satisfied with the trade-in value I got for my previous vehicle (far more than I expected for a 1998 Oldsmobile Intrigue with 160,000 on it). The car was very clean when we took possession. Unlike a lot of people, I usually detest shopping for a car, but the experience with this dealer was pleasant and productive from start to finish. More
I really liked the group of guys that works here. They were all pretty fun to work with. Steve will try to tell you that "today is the most your car is ever going to be worth" or something like that. Trade in whatever you have and get the new Sonata. I traded in an A4 and think that the Sonata is a much better car for the money. It's really a well made work of art. More
We went to Morries not sure what car we wanted. Perry Smulders made us feel immediatly welcome and taught us about the different cars we were looking at. We immediatly felt comfortable that he would not steer us in a bad direction and he would look after our interests. We did not find the right car upon our first visit to Morries, but Perry continuously searched for the right car and followed up with us. While many car salesman we have dealt with seem overbearing and pushy, Perry was the complete opposite. He did not at any time make us feel pressured, but that he was trying to find us the exact right car and deal. Finally, Perry did locate a car that fit all of our needs. The actual buying process was very easy and smooth. We also added two items to the car and Perry made sure these were taken care of in an expedient and professional manner. He waited with us throughout the entire ordeal and made the entire car buying experience very easy and non-stressful. We would recommend Perry and Morries to anyone who is looking to buy a car. More

She was able to accomodate me on my next day off. I wanted to take a look around and maybe take a test drive. I came to my appointment with Melissa without the intention of purchasing anything that day. Melissa gave me great service with lots of knowledge and information without making me feel pressured. The whole staff was super friendly and inviting. From Karl, to Jessie, to Melissa, to the trade-in manager. (Sorry I don't remember his name..but he was wonderful as well!) It was an A+ experience and needless to say...I drove a car off of the showroom floor that day! Melissa has done a great job of following up with me! I know I made the right decision. I work for a luxury retailer and understand the importance of flawless customer service. This experience was flawless and truly appreciated! More
