I bought a 2005 used Infinity G35 last week and I love it so far. I went in just looking, not sure if I was going to be able to make the purchase or not. I had the privilege of working Josh. Even though the vehicle I purchased was a cheaper used vehicle, Josh bent over backwards to make sure that I was well cared for and happy with the vehicle. The first time I saw the vehicle was late in the evening, and Josh was more than willing to stay well past closed to speak with me about the vehicle. The following day when I went to purchase the vehicle Josh was as easy going and helpful as anyone could ask for. He told me as it was and did not try to make any false promises or unreasonable expectations. I appreciated this because even at other large dealerships, I have not been treated with nearly the honesty and integrity that he displayed. More
Our experience in buying our new car was the best experience we have had! My first impression was when I called and spoke to Josh on the phone. He set the tone for a positive experience with his friendly manner and assured us that if he was not available when we came, someone would be there to help us. When we arrived, Josh was busy, but Steve immediately welcomed us and provided us with some great information on the "pay happy" policy and the car we wanted, even though he worked with used vehicles. Steve showed us the vehicles we wanted to see until Josh was ready to meet with us to go for a test drive. Josh came and introduced himself and patiently located the cars we wanted to see. We never felt pressured or rushed. After a test drive, we decided to choose a vehicle on display. We were impressed how everyone immediately went to work to get the car off the ramps and ready for delivery! Josh was creative in helping us determine the best option for financing. Mike was friendly and helpful in completing this process. When we picked up the vehicle the next day, everyone was friendly and helpful. Josh went out of his way to help us get the vehicle ready, explaining every feature and answering every question we had. He helped us install some custom car mats and a cargo cover. He even helped search a couple of vehicles for a lost hat! Josh exemplifies the kind of customer service every sales person should strive for. My husband bought a new car one month ago from another dealership and we wish would could have experienced a fraction of the royal treatment we had at Morrie's. I came in today for a free "buy happy" oil change and car wash. I was able to drive right in and have very prompt service from Janice. I was done in less than 30 minutes and had some good coffee in the wai wash. I was able to drive right in and have very prompt service from Janice.
