That was very reasssuring. When we arrived, it was all warmed up and ready to test drive. After a little discussion about the features, policies and procedures, I was driving it home! I expected to have to go in and be a hardass when buying a car. I had just been in an accident and needed a car in a hurry, couple that with my banged-up credit and I expected to get the runaround and some a car. I showed up, took the car I wanted for a test drive, and a few hours later drove it home with a minimum of hassle. Everyone was courteous, polite, and efficient. They answered my questions without any affectation and didn't try to talk me into a car I didn't want or couldn't afford. They seemed as interested in getting me in the car as I was. I walked in with my guard up, but was quickly disarmed and bought the car I was in there to buy. More
Eric went above and beyond to help me with a tow and warranty service issue. I had a very bad experience with trying to get my Santa Fe towed to the dealership for service.
