Josh was a great person to work with. He was no pressure and I appreciated his sales approach. I was disappointed that I came in to look at the Equus model. I thought about buying one of them. But, I had several salesman walk right around me and not once ask me if they could help me. Maybe the prejudged that I could not afford that car. But, the reality is I could have. I did buy the top model of the Genesis fully loaded. If a salesman would have made some effort like Josh did with me, I may have bought the Equus instead. More
While traveling for work out of town with a co-worker, our car was broken in to and a window smashed. I contacted Steve from Morrie's Hyundai late on a Thursday night - he got our car secured within their facilty, completed the repair paperwork so it would be ready to go as soon as possible the next day, and gave us a ride to our hotel. Everyone we met and dealt with at the dealership on Thursday night and Friday were outstanding. Great people and great service. I would highly recommend this dealership. More
I came to Morrie's Hyundai with the intent to find a new car. Melissa was at the door and was immediately very helpful. I came back a couple days later to test drive, and later that day purchased the Sonota. They took my old car for the trade in plus having the happy rewards dollars to apply towards the price was all helpful to get a good priced new car. I had checked two other dealers and couldn't find as good a deal as I found here.Thank you so much. I love my new car. More

My husband and I were interested in a wholesale vehicle from thi dealership. We met with Josh and were very impressed with his attitude and style during the process. We also had the unfortunate opportunity to meet with Steve who was nothing but rude and dismissive to my husband and I, he treated us the same way you would expect the old-time used car salesmen would. During our conversation with him, he couldn't be bothered to actually interact with us, instead he had to fix a pesky string on his jacket. When he did make eye-contact with us, it was only to speak to my husband, he never even aknowledges my presence until I nearly yelled, in which case, he poopoo'ed what I had said and continued to push my husband toward one option we were looking at. We ended up purchasing the vehicle, during the process we were told the vehicle was well checked over, and that it was in really good shape. We are well aware of the risks of buying vehicles as-is, however, with all the reassurances we were relatively comfortable signing the papers and driving off of the lot. Truth is, we are now looking at a bill from our Auto Mechanic for more than the car sold for. These arn't small things either, we are looking at things that . There are so many problems, the mechanic actually made the comment that he wouldn't touch this car with a 10 foot stick if he could avoid it. Overall, I am so disppointed. When we walked in to Morrie's, we thought we had found a dealer we could trust and build a relationship with. Instead, we found yet another place that overlooks the needs of the customer and the possibility of return business in favor of making some money. Funny thing is, even if they told us there were some problems with it, we more than likely would have still bought it. More

I was unexpectedly in the market when my car gave up the ghost during a recent cold snap. I rented a car for the week, and wanted to find a new car quickly. In doing some research online, I came across th ghost during a recent cold snap. I rented a car for the week, and wanted to find a new car quickly. In doing some research online, I came across the new Elantra, which was just arriving in showrooms. I sent out a request for a quote to the Hyundai dealers in town. Josh Branham at Morrie’s was the only one who gave me a price quote right away by E-mail in response to my request. I was looking for a specific trim/package, and Josh clearly outlined what was available (all out of the region), what it would take to get one and the additional cost involved for transport. Josh was incredibly helpful when I came in for a test drive, and volunteered to provide a loaner car for me until they could get the specific car I was seeking. I checked out some other cars the next day but decided on the Elantra. I went back to Morrie’s and Josh actually found the specific trim/package coming in at another local dealer, saving me the additional transportation costs for getting a car from outside the region. It actually took a little over two weeks for the car to arrive, so having the loaner was really a huge bonus. Josh was incredibly helpful, no pressure whatsoever. The price was more than fair (but probably not as good as I could have done if I had more aggressively shopped around). Overall, I was very impressed with Josh and his “can-do” attitude on behalf of the customer. I realize that this is what any salesman is supposed to do, but it’s rare these days. Another dealer’s response to my initial request was that they didn’t have what I was looking for, but they would have one in a few weeks and they would get back to me. Well, they did, but by that time, I was already driving my new Elantra thanks to Josh! There were two minor negatives for me. One was clear pressure from the finance manager to purchase an extended warranty. I might have been receptive if there had been more of an upfront presentation of the extended warranty option. The second was the $25 one-time fee for the Buy Happy program. This seems like a needless additional charge. More
