I called Eric and explained my situation and ask if he could help me get my wife to Courage Center, about 3 miles away, while her car was being serviced. Eric bent over backwards to accomodate my wife's needs for physical therapy and my busy schedule this week. I appreciated that Eric and Morries went the extra mile to help me out. More
I had been shopping around for a new car and had been to several dealerships. The sales representatives that had come out to speak with me or that I had even been referred to weren't terribly personable an several dealerships. The sales representatives that had come out to speak with me or that I had even been referred to weren't terribly personable and one of them (a competitor to remain nameless) was an hour late to a scheduled appointment I had set up over the phone upon a recommendation...shame on me for even waiting that long. I was starting to get frustrated when I stopped into Morrie's Hyundai. When arriving at a dealership, I often feel like you get the "luck of the draw". Well, I had a pretty lucky draw. I was lucky enough to get connected with Perry. He was personable, knowledgeable about the products and the process and worked his tail off to orchestrate a deal to get me what I wanted while staying within my budget constraints. I feel like Morrie's is run how a car dealership should be run and Perry is a great example of how a sales person should interact and work for their customers. Perry and Morrie's gave me the experience I wanted and above all, had and have my utmost trust. When dealing with car purchases, there is no monetary measure for having complete trust in the salesperson and the dealership. Add onto that the fact that Perry is a pretty darn likable guy and it's an experience that I would recommend to anyone asking or willing to listen. More
We knew what we were looking for when we went to the dealership and Josh was the only salesperson who approached us immediately. Took new car in for minor repair on clock-was fixed in 10 minutes -almost before I sat down in lounge.Service people were friendly and quick. Very good attitude towards customer. Although she was very busy on a Saturday she made time to keep the transaction running smoothly and efficiently. She made my car buying experience a good one. I would recommend doing business with her. The vehicle: The no haggle price of the vehicle was a bit high considering the year and condition. Salvage title, some rust, missing center cap from driver's side wheel. After a few days of driving it I had to replace u-joint at the transfer case as well. Had to fix rear hatch latch also- rear hatch only closed sometimes. After some 100k mile maintenance, (plugs, tranny flush, coolant flush,) the vehicle seems to be running pretty well. Bottom Line: Good customer service. OK vehicle for the price. More

It makes all the difference when you can walk into a dealership and the employees know your face and name. It is a very comfortable environment and I am very happy with the new car that I bought from them. More

After e-mailing two dealerships for a response Josh was the only one to return my request. I had very specific requests as to the model, color and interior requirements. Josh and Jesse went above and beyond to try to find the specs I wanted and we finally found a comprable vehicle about 2 pm on a Sat. I live 90 miles away and was without a vehicle as I sold my used one the previous Wed. and my husband had the truck. Jesse actually offered to send someone to Mankato to pick me up. This is something I have never heard of from any company. It showed me how willing they are to make their customers happy. Now part two. After driving my new vehicle only one week I called Josh to inform him I was unhappy with my new purchase and wanted to know how they handle this type of situation. I explained it was nothing to do with the vehicle and it was 100% me. I felt the ride was alittle rough and there was more road noise than I was used to. When I was looking at the vehicle Josh strongly advised me to test drive one and I REFUSED. Very dumb on my part but I respected the fact he did not pressure me to do it. Anyway, long story short-- Josh went out of his way to take care of me and asked if I would come and test drive the Veracruz. I went with the thought I just wanted a refund and would look else where but I truly fell in Love with the Veracruz. Absolute luxury. Out of this world for a comfortable quiet ride. I feel both Josh and Jesse were professional but they also had a way to make me feel as I had known them for ever. I truly think I left there feeling like I had a new son in Josh. A son I would be very proud of. I will recommend Morries and Josh to everyone I know looking for a vehicle. I still think Hyundai should make a van. LOL. Only Josh will understand this. More
