To make this short and sweet I needed an vehicle ASAP. We did that the next day. David was SO patient with me. I had MANY, MANY questions. David had I took a day to look through vehicles. I ended up purchasing one after four days. David could answer every question I had. David was so helpful that I needed the front brake pads changed...that he picked up the vehicle from my house and drove it down to St. Louis Park and brought it back to me. That's what I call service! I would recommend David any day! More
We were looking for a used CRV and found one at a reasonable price at this dealership from Carsoup.com. We visited Morris Hyundai in the evening and test drove the car and we liked it. Josh offered us to drive it home for a day to get a better feel of it, which was a pleasant surprise. We took the offer and drove it home and to work for the next day. We decided to buy it so we returned the dealership the next evening. Josh had said at the begining that the price was not negotiable, and we were OK with that. But our trade-in was negotiable. His manager had given us an offer the day earlier, now we wanted to ask for an additional $100 for it, Josh asked another manager who wouldn't budge. So we stood up and left. As we were pulling out of the parking lot, Josh caught up with us and offered to write us a personal check in order to close this deal. We agreed and drove the car home the same evening. Josh later gave me a check of $100 when I went in to pick up the new license plate. Happy ending... BTW, I wished they had told us that they ordered a new license plate for us. More

We had been shopping around at several dealerships looking for a new car. We had test drove many and finally decided to check out the Elantra. We had checked the internet for Hyundai dealers in the area. The first one we had visited was Brooklyn Center. Test drove the Elantra and decided this was the one. After talking to the sales person there my husband and myself finally had to excuse ourselves and tell them we needed to go and discuss it over lunch. We did go for lunch and discussed how confused we were over all the prices and well... double talk. The dealer kept giving us different names and prices. Then would try to bring in other sales people (I believe to try to close a deal) which added to the confusion. After lunch we decided to check out the Hyundai 394 dealership where we were greeted by Melissa. She took us to her desk and we let her know what we were looking for. We wanted the Elantra white with a sunroof and fog lights. Melissa did a price comparison on the base Elantra with after market fog lights and sunroof. Then gave us the price of the Limited. It made sense to go with the Limited. Talking with Melissa she made buying our new car so easy. There was no confusion in pricing and did not try to bring other sales people in on the sale. Melissa is very friendly and makes time for her customers. Even after the sale she is still there for questions and will get you the correct answer. We would buy from her again and recommend that if you are looking to buy a car go to Hyundai394 and ask for Melissa and guaranteed you will have a great buying experience too. More
