Eric is a consumate professional. He greets customers by name as they arrive and never lets up on attention to detail. I know when I drive in to the service garage at Morries 394 Hyundai, I will be treated fairly and honestly, every time. Eric's pleasant demeanor takes some of the pain out of having my car serviced/repaired and is a big part of what makes this dealership the best I have worked with in my 30 plus years of car buying experience. Sincerely, R Schmidt More

Dealing with Vadim was a pleasure during the whole experience at Morrie's. He was helpful in locating the car that we wanted through another dealership and was great in explaining all the options avai experience at Morrie's. He was helpful in locating the car that we wanted through another dealership and was great in explaining all the options available without trying to push any extras on us that we didn't want. What really sold me on Morrie's and Vadim was when the car purchase from the other dealership hit a snag and collapsed, they provided us a fully stocked Santa Fe at no charge until our new car could arrive from the factory. Vadim even drove downtown and deliverd the loaner car to my wife. It is that high level of customer service that we recieved and greatly appreciated throughout the whole car buying process at Morrie's. More
Everybody know salesmen sell a car, it's the service department that keeps them. Eric in service is the reason I have loyalty to Morries 394 Hyundai. Always immediately greeted, issues addressed and handled, and car is always ready when promised. He responds to every call or email promptly and always keeps you informed. Don't hold it against him that he's a Twins Fan. He'll get on the Yankee's bandwagon eventually... More
Went in looking for a new vehicle. David was very helpful in showing me the vehicle that's right for me, rather than trying to make a bigger better sale. He helped me through the whole process of pu helpful in showing me the vehicle that's right for me, rather than trying to make a bigger better sale. He helped me through the whole process of purchasing my first new car and explained everything clearly and professionally. Overall, impressed by the dealer's selection and the transparency in the process. For someone who's rebuilding their credit and trying to get a new vehicle to move forward with, this is a GREAT place to go. Prices and service beat the competition. Will definitely refer others here. More
I have been very pleased with my used car purchase form Morries. My salesman Pat Arbore has gone out of his way to satisfy me. He helped me find the right car at the right price. Working with Vadim was a treat. He listen to my wants and was able to provide me with what I wanted. I did come in wanting a subcompact but after talking with him and his bring over another car I realiz and was able to provide me with what I wanted. I did come in wanting a subcompact but after talking with him and his bring over another car I realized I wanted a more upgraded model. He was just great, wanting to make sure we were happy and that he had served us well. Without a doubt I would come back to him time and again. I have already told my friends to look him up if they want to have good service. More
My wife and I were very happy with the Sale flooor technique: not high pressure but very attentive. Steve is a font of knowledge, he really helped us get the car that was right for us. Great service despite our small budget. Could not have asked for a better experience or a better deal! I had submitted a request for a quote for a Hyundai Elantra, and was assigned to Melissa at Morrie's. She seemed pleasant at first, but did not seem to understand that I was a first-time buyer and that Elantra, and was assigned to Melissa at Morrie's. She seemed pleasant at first, but did not seem to understand that I was a first-time buyer and that I need time for research to make sure I had the best decision made. I work with some salespeople, so I knew that she was merely eager, but It came across too much for me. On a Wednesday afternoon, I knew that I was ready to get moving on the paperwork for a Hyundai Elantra and Melissa had told me there were three in stock, but that she was out of the dealership for that day, returning Thursday. Considering that dealership had the highest inventory of the model I wanted, I discussed with my parents that we should still go there, but I was willing to work with another sales rep because honestly Melissa felt like she was pressuring me for the sale, and I didn't want to be pressured my first time buying a car. We arrived at the dealership and were greeted by Adam, whom my mother had spoken to on the phone. He helped set us up with a test drive and I loved the car and knew I wanted to make this happen. We went back into the dealership after the drive and Adam gave us all this great info on the Elantra and these stories and what Morrie's had to offer. He told us Melissa was coming in on her day off. He informed us of the price and that there was no room for negotiation, so after he left I told my parents I would be willing to buy the car at that price, but I had to speak with my bank to see if they could approve me for that higher amount. At that point, Melissa walks in and says eagerly "Do you love the car? Do you want to buy it?!?!" without asking me if I had questions about the drive or anything. It immediately left me taken aback and feeling confronted, I asked her if there was any room for negotiation on the price (as I still had to contact my bank and it was getting late). She said that there wasn't, which didn't surprise me. I told her that I needed some time to think about it and she said okay, heading back to an office and ripping up a paper with a copy of my driver's license and the stated price that I could buy the car at. Disappointed, my parents and I walked back to our car, and I told them that had Adam been my sales rep, I wouldn't have left the dealership, and would be signing papers that day. My mother got out of the car to go get a business card for Adam so I could contact him the following day, and found Melissa bad-mouthing us to her fellow employees. Within an hour, Melissa had emailed me saying that she could "in fact" give me up to $500 off the car, and that she was a "customer advocate" wanting to give me the best deal possible. Unfortunately for her, I was already at another dealership agreeing on a price (and matching with many of the Buy Happy promises of Morries) without feeling like just another number on their sales quota. I will again express that Adam at Morries made us feel right at home when we worked with him, and hence, the review is not written with him noted on this. However, Melissa made us feel incredibly uncomfortable and ended up costing Morries the sale. Had she not have badmouthed myself and my family, I may have ended up contacting Adam to continue the sale, but her demeanor left a bad impression of Morries for me. More
