I purchased a used car on May 22. Four days later my Transmission went out. It has been very difficult to get answers from Morries. While shopping for fuel friendly SUV to replace my thirsty Suburban, I came to Morries 394 Hyundai. Josh was very helpful in answering my questions and after our test drive, I had decided that I wante thirsty Suburban, I came to Morries 394 Hyundai. Although the one I wanted (LOADED) with eh right color combo was not on their lot, Josh and his manager quickly tracked on down and had ti for me in two days. I went into this dealership the other day, in the afternoon, and they were not busy at all. I went to look at a couple of cars, sat in them, ect. The whole time thinking someone would come up to me afternoon, and they were not busy at all. I went to look at a couple of cars, sat in them, ect. The whole time thinking someone would come up to me and introduce themself. I wasn't greeted or approached by a single person in the dealership the whole time I was there. There were plenty of people there, sitting around and talking or texting, but not even the receptionist greeted me. After about 20 minutes of looking at the Veloster and the Elantra, I up and left. After reading the reviews on this site, I have to believe that they are being fabricated to bump up their overall rating. They are almost all written for the same person, and they all sound alike or very similar. I only hope I can save someone else the trouble of wasting time at this place. More
