WhenI walked into the Morris Dealership, Dave Price was right there to great me. I had never driven a Hyundai and was looking to replace my Civic. I had already test driven a Kia Optima, which I learned right there to great me. I had never driven a Hyundai and was looking to replace my Civic. I had already test driven a Kia Optima, which I learned was Hyundai's partner. I was confused on the Kia or the Hyundai, so Dave told me he could get an Optima on the lot next to the Sonata so I could see them side by side. I returned the next day and took both vehicles out for a test drive. They are both wonderful vehicles and I don't think I could have gone wrong with either one. Then Dave showed me the new blue/silver color that had just been driven down from Brainard. I LOVED it! That was my deciding factor. I've now had my Sonata a month and I just love it. Thank you, Dave, for your patience in finding me that perfect car. More

Jesse was a tremendous help when I visited the morning of 9/12. Not only was he kind enough to accept my vehicle for repair without an appointment, but he was able to have someone look at it and fix it befo 9/12. I had received a poor alignment the previous night from Tires Plus in Minneapolis, and Jesse was able to fix my car the next morning--which I really appreciate. Also, he was very knowledgeable and provided me the before/after details of my vehicle's condition, which I really liked. My daughter and I spent hours at the two other Hyundai dealerships which were miles closer to my house and were very disappointed in the customer service that we received. I asked for a sales person and was transferred to Jesse Bishop. He took the time to understand what I was looking for and asked if he could call me back after he did some research. He called me back after 15 minutes with exactly what I was looking for! I was totally surprised especially after my experience at the other two dealerships. When I finally went to pick up the car, Melissa Garvey handled all the paper work and ensuring that we were happy with our new car. She did a great job and you couldn't have asked for a person that was more customer service focused. Mike Parisian got us in and out of finance very quickly and again, was helpful and friendly. The best part of this whole experience was that my daughter got to see what good and bad customer service looks like. In our family, even if you have to drive a few extra miles, its worth doing business with people like Jesse, Melissa and Mike. More

Brittany was everything I was looking for in a car salesperson- attentive, respectful, accommodating, patient, and with-it. I was treated like an intelligent adult, which can be difficult to come by salesperson- attentive, respectful, accommodating, patient, and with-it. Just arrived from Germany, I was looking for a used car for my stay here in the US. I went to a couple of dealerships and this one was by far the best. Rob helped me out very much in purchasing my first vehicle! The 1998 Audi 2.8l Quattro at a different Morrie's at the time I was looking for a new vehicle. I just so happened to walk by it and instantly loved it. After learning it was in St. Louis Park I was a bit sad because I thought I would be unable to purchase it. I got a ride down to this Morrie's Hyundai Dealer #394 and went forth with the transaction. Around this time Rob was already staying late to help me and we ran into another problem; my car insurance wasn't open so I wasn't able to get the correct information so I could sign for it. From St. Louis Park Rob and I drove all the way up to Champlin for a signature so I could drive the car away that evening. I am extremely satisfied and happy with the service I received. They were more than happy to help. Out of the many different dealerships I had gone to I got the best service from Morrie's. When the time comes I will come back to Morrie's first thanks to Rob Mayberry and his co-workers. Thank you so very much! More

Once we narrowed our model selection down she then focused on features within those models to further guide us. She demonstrated an amazing amount of knowledge about the models, and when she didn't know an answer, quickly knew where to get the answers for us. About a month after getting our new Sonata, we got in an accident. Since we had been in contact with Melissa even after our purchase, I reached out to her for ideas on where I should get the vehicle repaired. She gave great information and helped us get the vehicle back to Morries where they could help with the repairs needed. If you are looking for an associate who will be there from first visit through delivery and beyond, you will be very satified working with Melissa and Morrie's Hyundai. More
