Even when I wasn't sure I could get a loan within my budget, they did it! Found an excellent interest rate, gave me a great price and fair trade in. He helped me get everything moved into my car, even though it was late at night. I will definitely look for him next time and recommend him to anyone looking for a car. Now aside from him, even though he was the best I've ever deal with, and even though he explained all this all to me; I am still in awe of their Happy Rewards. Lifetime Free carwash? Huh? Yep, that's true! 3 years of free oil changes? Yep, true! There were more things but those 2 talked to me the most. Shop around if you like, this was not the first place I went to. However, when you do, be SURE Andrew & Morrie's is in the mix. Of course you can always just save time and start with Andrew, he will patiently keep looking for you, let you change your mind a few times, and keep you in mind when something new comes in. You'll never feel pressured. Oh get this! Morrie's will let you return it up to 7 days, or trade it in for another within 30 days (with some stipulations, of course). Oh, one last thing, I am NOT related to him in any way. :-) More

Upon return to MN, everything was in order to make the purchase. Chaltu was very pleasant and helpful in familiarizing me with the car. We talked with David Minikus and he did a great job answering our questions we had. He never was pushy or tried to steer us in any direction. Went to this Dealer to see what they had for used small trucks. Melissa Is who I dealt with the first time. She was really Friendly and helpful. I would have given all 5's if I was rating only her. I found an used one owner '97 Ranger that I used to know the owner of. She was really helpful with getting me the requested info. A few days later I went alone to get more info on this truck. Melissa was busy so she had Adam help me. He was nice but realized I was brand new to the dealer stuff and started treating me rudely. Never asked most questions I am used to hearing from i was along with my guy who found a Ram truck from a different location and Dealer. Well I had asked for the service records of the Ranger I was interested in and he went and got the service manager who was even worse.. Adam had me do the online credit thing( I knew it was bad) and while I (he was chatting with the Manager the whole time) was filling that out and was waiting for the records the manager decided to NOT have them faxed over due to me being denied on my credit. I found this out AFTER I had walked out called my guy who told me to go back and get the records, Which I did. Well about TWO weeks later I sent Melissa an Email about the service I got from those two. i am sorry Morries, You have lost a potential customer due to those two men treating me badly and taking advantage of a new comer to the car haggles.. When I started my search for a new car, Hyundai was barely in my top 3. After meeting Josh, and driving the Sonata, it became a matter of what color Hyundai I was going to buy. Josh and the Morrie's 394 Hyundai team have a friendly, non-aggressive approach that put me at ease in making a new car purchase. Josh was able to honestly answer all my questions (and I did a ton of research, so I pestered him daily during the process), and I never felt pressured to make a decision. I had extenuating circumstances and everyone there work incredibly hard to get me in the car of my dreams. I couldn't be happier. Hyundai was the first place I went, after that I went to three different places and NONE OF THEM even came close to my experience with Morrie's 394 Hyundai. The same day I went right back to Hyundai within an hour to give them my business. This is the very 1st brand new car I have owned (my previous car was a 1994 Camry which I had driven for the past 13 years), so I had a lot of questions for them, and every question was addressed wonderfully. From the moment I first walked in to the showroom, to the minute I drove my new car off the lot my experience was awesome. Thank you so much for employee such wonderful people.
