The overall experience with Morrie's 394 Hyundai has been really bad. I leased 2013 Sonata for 3 years at the time of purchase they told me that if i wanted to terminate my lease i would have to pay onl been really bad. I leased 2013 Sonata for 3 years at the time of purchase they told me that if i wanted to terminate my lease i would have to pay only $400. I was shocked so I confirmed the statement again and they told me the same thing again. After one year when i wanted to terminate my lease they told me I would have to pay the $400 as well as the amount for 2 years....really strange. And they have these stupid rules of not transferring the lease to anyone else. So I am trapped now. And also the staff will never call you back even if you leave them tons of voice mail. I also asked for a letter which DMV needed to verify if all my taxes have been paid they simply said we can't do anything about it you will have to figure on your own what to do. I am really upset with the type of customer service they provide. On a scale of 5 I wouldn't even give them 1. Be careful and invest your money wisely. More

I found a F150 on Craigslist and when I called, Me To Whom Ever Is Interested in Morrie's 394, I recently purchased a 2008 F-150 from Morrie's 394. I found a F150 on Craigslist and when I called, Melissa answered and inquired what vehicle I was calling about and had some trouble locating info on it, as I'm sure it was sold. She passed me over to Ryan Korpi who took my search into his own hands. He asked what I was looking for in a F150; and listened. I went on to explain, I needed a crew cab, under 100k miles and in great condition. He called me back in a timely manner with the exact truck I was looking for. I came down within the hour. My better half and I were greeted immediately by a nice woman at the door and directed right to Ryan. He offered a test ride and was very pleasurable to deal with though out the whole deal. Even as a salesman; which I also happen to be. :) I could have bought the truck without trading my current 2000 F150 Ext Cab in but Amir, the Sales Manager was very fair in what he could show me on trade to make my deal happen and save me time on having to sell it at my motorcycle shop myself. I came in with realistic expectations of my trade value numbers and they were met. Amir was awesome to work with and I appreciate his straight forward approach to my deal. Kristin in Finance was also a pleasure to deal with. She was very informative when signing out my deal and was able to sell me a warranty even though I don't normally purchase them. Great deal and lots of value she built in the warranty that I couldn't turn down. All said and done, Morrie's Hyundai on 394 was awesome. My mother has bought all her cars from Morrie's Mazda for 25 years and now I understand why. Great, great job all around by Melissa, Kristin, Amir and especially Ryan for making me happier than I could possibly be on the purchase of my F150.
