This was our first time buying a car from a dealership, and we were both a bit on guard, but she immediately made us comfortable. We took a used car we were interested in for a test drive, and they let us take it to our mechanic while we were out with it. We decided not to get that car, but Carolyn took the time to help us find something we liked. She was able to address all of our concerns, and we left very happy! I would highly recommend Carolyn to anyone, she is awesome!!! More
We purchased a used car from the Morries 394 on Sept 13 for my high school daughter and in 7 days the ECM board failed - a $1400 fix. The car was purchased As Is and was only $5000 but was not expected to for my high school daughter and in 7 days the ECM board failed - a $1400 fix. The car was purchased As Is and was only $5000 but was not expected to have issues within the first week. My daughter called her sales man Brent Johnson and asked what if anything they could help with on the issue. Brent told my daughter that "the car was sold as is and what do you expect for a $5000 car". She asked if he could have his sales manager call to discuss the issue, no one returned our call. She could tell that Brent did not want to deal with her or the situation once the sale had been made. Based on feedback from our local mechanic it turns out that two related less expensive issues had been fixed on the car but not the more costly ECM. We are very disappointed with their service, ethics and response to our situation. Beware of buying any used or as is cars from this dealership. More
This review is in regards to Carolyn Hagen a sales lady at 394 Hyundai. Carolyn is a very sensible, hard-working, down to earth, caring, and flexible sales person. She helped me make my final decision of at 394 Hyundai. Carolyn is a very sensible, hard-working, down to earth, caring, and flexible sales person. She helped me make my final decision of buying a 2010 Hyundai Sonata. Before I decided on that car I looked at a 96’ Mustang and a 2010 Fusion they both were great cars but not for me. Carolyn really went above and beyond though making sure the cars went through the car wash, had enough gas, and explaining all the details of the cars before I test drove them. I was also really impressed with her flexibility in her schedule, I worked a lot that week of purchasing the car and had to go down to the dealership a few times to test drive, pick, and buy the car I wanted. All in all my experience with Carolyn Hagen, the Sales manager, and the rest of the staff at Morries 394 Hyundai was great they really make sure you are taken care of. More
We went to Morries and David Minikus again because of our past car buying experience had been so great. From the moment we arrived, David was extremely helpful in making the trade of our Sonata to Santa Fe past car buying experience had been so great. We test drove the car immediately (it had only been on the lot a couple days), while a little higher than we were originally looking for, we just couldn't pass it up, and we knew the service/warranty from Morrie's would be great (from past experience). The finance team and David worked to find a win-win for us to drive away with the a nice new vehicle. We explained what we needed/wanted if we were going to make it work, and John & David did it! Unfortunately, I don't recall the Sales Manager's name who offered us apologies for the long wait, and thanked us for our patience, it was nice to know they were aware we had been waiting for quite a while. David kept checking with us to update us on where the file was and that it was moving along. It's nice not to be feel "Forgotten" in the waiting room! It is like a big family there, and you know how family is - they all know what's going on with each customer, or at least that's how it seemed. More
My husband and I were in a automotive bind..and needed a car FAST! I found a very reasonably priced vehicle at Morrie's, and was so happy to have had the opportunity to purchase form them! I worked with Carolyn, and I must say....she made me feel so comfortable with my decision. I was able to walk onto the lot with my kids, take the car for a drive, sign the paper work...and go home! I have NEVER had such a quick and positive experience from a car dealership in my life! Not once did I feel pressured, in fact I felt as though Carolyn was more interested in establishing a relationships with me first....and then finding the right solution for our family---perfect! We drove off the lot with a great vehicle at a great price....and a fabulous warranty to boot! We did not have to haggle over price or options, everything was laid out beautifully for us. We will certainly return to this location in the future! More

I was driving by Morrie's and spotted a few vehicles that caught my attention so I stopped to check them out. I was immediately greeted on the lot by Doug - super friendly and not pressuring at all. He asked what I was looking for in a car and I immediately told him I was looking to trade in my 2008 Mazda CX-7. I loved the car but gas was an issue for expense as I was looking for a more "economical car". He showed me few, but I had my eye on a Volkswagon Beetle at the time. He then asked if I'd like to take it out for a drive? I said "Great!" As we were heading into get the keys, we passed a Volkswagon Rabbit that had just been traded in. He asked me what I thought about it, told me some info on it and I ended up taking it out for a drive instead and LOVED IT! Next would be what would happen with financing and such? I was happily surprised as I got a great trade-in for my Mazda and the dealership was able to work out a great deal. The whole staff, Doug included, were kind, compassionate. I appreciate all that was done by all involved. Thank you for the positive experience - Love my VW Rabbit!!!! More

They rocked our world in their ability to locate a car that fit our needs & price limit every time. On our last purchase, we needed to have the Jeep serviced, and we worked closely with Amir, who after a bit of negotiation, agreed to repair the jeep under their 30 day "buy happy" warranty. Amir as well as the entire service department went far and above to see that the problem was handled. Without a doubt, this dealership is THE place to buy a new or used car and we will not look anywhere else. More
