This time i came with several issues and left the shop with more issues. I am disappointed on the service because 1 - inspite of waking up early to bring my car for service my car was not done by 3 pm as promised and there was no explanation. This resulted in disrupting my day plan. 2- i pointed out to look for tire pressure light and you still didnt look 3- the car had the right turn indicator light broken/not working when i picked the car even though when i brought the car in for service in the morning everything was working fine. 4- you didn’t look at the transmission/acceleration issue i mentioned. ?????? More

Ok but definitely not the Cadillac Service Department. We purchased Buy Happy when we bought my vehicle and have had great service @ Morrie’s Cadillac Dealer Service (just across the highway). However, co We purchased Buy Happy when we bought my vehicle and have had great service @ Morrie’s Cadillac Dealer Service (just across the highway). However, couldn’t get in for an oil change when needed as my schedule has been crazy busy of late, and was assured all Morries Service Departments are the same great service...NOT!! They charged me $60+ for oil change after my “Buy Happy” discount of $25. Cadillac had never charged me for this. They said it was because my vehicle called for synthetic and I Best check with Cadillac next time I go there to make sure they’re using correct oil. Seriously?? After discussing further I was given full credit for the oil change but told they could do only once. Next, I also had them replace my wiper blades. I expected OEM...dumb on my part but at $45+ I figured they must have been. Hubby confirmed they are blades you can get at NAPA and I got “ripped off”, no wonder they were willing to give me credit for oil change, they made their profit off the blades. And thirdly, it doesn’t take any other place to take an hour and 45 minutes to do this work (no didn’t rotate my tires they said I didn’t need done). Also they didn’t wash like they do at Cadillac. Will NOT be going back to this Morrie’s. More

The work has always been done on schedule, often times sooner than I was told. So far, we have only had warranty work and oil changes. From the sales side, I bought my car almost a year ago. We worked with Joe Rys, and it was probably one of the best car buying experiences in my 51 years of driving. He was polite, very professional, and he LISTENED to our needs, and didn't waste our time showing us things we didn't want. We are currently working with him to find us a second vehicle. More
