Last Visit I scheduled a Buy Happy oil change which was confirmed when I arrived. I would just have to pay the difference for full synthetic. It would have been nice to know that I don't have any Buy Happy oil changes left? I paid just over $40.00 which I assume is the cost of a regular oil change. I should've gone to Phil. He hasn't ever charged me that much, and usually has an update on my car. I drive a Toyota, and I know there are things that Morries just hasn't been able to fix. I'll start getting my services at the Toyota dealership. Lastly, I'm not sure if they car wash system has been updated? I used to be able to go through two or three times, but now I can only go once... I always seem to get stuck behind the slowest person that ends up taking half of my time in the car wash. More

When I went to talk about warranty programs with drake after I had signed the lease, I felt that he was super friendly until I declined his warranty offers. He became unfriendly very quickly when I said no and it was obvious. I stated very clearly what my budget was and I felt uncomfortable pressure from him and his manager when she came in the room as well. I think it’s great that you all go over the warranty programs in detail but when I am clear on my budget and respectfully decline multiple times, it’s very off putting to be continuously pressured into buying the warranty.
