Used Mazda purchase I’m very happy with the car that I’ve purchased, but I will say that I was pretty upset regarding my interaction with the business manager (i don’t re I’m very happy with the car that I’ve purchased, but I will say that I was pretty upset regarding my interaction with the business manager (i don’t remember his name). He was really pushing extended warranties on me and even after several attempts of politely declining he persisted. He even asked me, "If you don't buy this gap insurance and something happens to your car that costs thousands of dollars, how are you going to pay for it? Mom and Dad?" As I'm sitting there in my work uniform and am paying for the car myself- which was just flat out offensive and caught me completely off-guard. After becoming more firm that I wasn't going to purchase an extended warranty, the room felt uncomfortable, almost hostile, and he no longer made eye contact with me, and also didn't shake my hand when I left or exchange any pleasantries. It was an upsetting exit after being so excited to get there and purchase my first car. Needless to say this interaction has left me not wanting to return to this location if I were to have any needs in the future. More
