We've been very satisfied with the service at Morrie's 394 until the last oil change we had on 03/09/2023. My appointment was for the 20k service package which includes oil change, tire rotation, and the 394 until the last oil change we had on 03/09/2023. My appointment was for the 20k service package which includes oil change, tire rotation, and the multi point inspection (brakes, lube of latches & hinges, etc. I have tried calling the service manager 3-4-5 times leaving voice messages asking for a return call and have been blown off. I have yet to receive, and don't expect to receive, a return call. My first complaint is that I wasn't given an accurate estimate. The estimate I was given was ~$135.00. When the work was finished and I went to pay I was told it was $174.48. What??!! Why?? Oh, we used full synthetic oil instead of a synthetic blend. All of our previous oil changes were with synthetic blend oil, Quaker State. This time they us Pennzoil Full without asking my input. My second complaint is that part of the package, which I paid for was for a tire rotation. I watched from the observation area and the tires were not rotated. I asked about this and was told that if they didn't think they needed rotating they wouldn't do it. Well if it's part of the package and I'm paying for a rotation I expect it to be done. My third complaint is that the service interval wasn't reset. I had done the most recent software update and I can't see where I can reset it like I used to be able to do. Now if this is also why the service tech didn't reset it it should have been brought to my attention. I have called and nobody seems to know anything so my guess is that it has to be reset the old fashioned way with a code reader? Just guessing because I don't know anything, and apparently nobody at the dealership knows any thing regarding the software updates. Overall I'm really ticked off, even more due to the fact that the service manager doesnn't have the courtesy of calling to discuss my issues. And this is after we have stayed loyal to Morrie's since we bought the car there. We live ~35-40 miles from the dealership! More
I haven’t had many issues at Hyundai morries 394 and typically they are very helpful. I have had sarah assist me the past few times and have had issues each time. I came in to get my window fixed and sa typically they are very helpful. I have had sarah assist me the past few times and have had issues each time. I came in to get my window fixed and sarah said the window wasn’t there although they had it in the glass department. I had to call the glass department for them to tell me to drive back and have her tell me it actually was there. I also dropped off my vehicle recently to be fixed and sarah didn’t give me any info about when my car would be done. I tried calling many times and never got a call back, so went back into the dealership after a month of not hearing from them and someone else assisted me. They were lovely and gave me a loaner car for free. Sarah never offered this service to me. It seems she doesn’t know what is going on or doesn’t want to help me. This was a big inconvenience and I spent a lot of money on rides when I didn’t realize there was another option. More
