I went in to address some recalls on my vehicle and ended up having my entire engine replaced. The staff handled things efficiently & kept me on the loop through the entire process. The service and the team are always amazing - 5/5 every time. The scheduling before you get there is horrid, both online and over the phone. They never quote the right price; they quote extremely high which can lead to service delays to save money. It's always nice to end up having to pay less than you thought, but not when you put off fixing it because you thought you couldn't afford it. You're put on hold numerous times throughout the process and usually feel like you aren't being helped at all. I've delayed scheduling service multiple times strictly because I didn't want to deal with trying to set up an appointment. More

Dear Hyundai mechanics did for doing such amazing job with my Hyundai Veloster. I brought it for a window that wasn't working and they send me a video with the lock-in button that I pressed accidentally. with my Hyundai Veloster.
