I bought a new car and Josh, my salesperson was great. But in general I think the dealership doesn’t go out of their way to please their customers. I bought a new car and a used car plus traded in a very nice low mileage car. The used car only had a quarter tank of gas. I asked for a couple hundred dollars on better pricing or value of the trade. But was told they couldn’t do that nor would they throw in some additional complimentary services. More
