The problem we came in with was improved but definitely not fixed. They car was returned to us knowing this which is frustrating considering we own a Hyundai and this is a Hyundai dealership. not fixed. Chad was awesome in getting my car going again. I expected the worse and was totally shocked and relieved when he informed me my only problem was I was outta gas! I felt really, well stupid. Dawson did a great job at making the process of buying a smooth one. I hate buying new cars because of some of the people I have dealt with at other dealerships that have been less then driven to customer s smooth one. I know you need to make a profit but don’t rip me off in the process. I looked at other dealers for the car I purchased and dealing with them seemed to invoke my worst fears in this process.
