I think they did a good job checking everything. Just two observations. First they fixed a leak in a tire, and did a rotation. However they over inflated one of the tires by almost ten pounds. I know these Hyundai dealers don’t know how to handle more upscale details that Genesis is supposed to command, but I would have thought they would be cat on by now. More

They performed warranty service which was great but charged me $30 for labor to install an air filter that cost $30 for the filter. $65 later! $30 did not justify the labor to install an air filter. My regular service seemed fine and didn't take too long. However, just today my service soon indication came on. Was it not reset? I will call Genesis to find out if there is other service needed. While there, I mentioned to one of the service guys that over the past few months, I have left a couple of voice messages for Andrea with no return call. This is regarding my rattling sunroof. While I was there, another fellow promised to speak with the Genesis/Hyundai regional manager and get back to me with a proposed solution. Once again, I have heard nothing back. Seems that I will need to start getting service from a different dealership in the future. More
