We couldn’t have been happier with the Service Manager, Chad, in dealing with our situation of our 2015 Santa Fe. Especially having it break down 250 miles away from our hometown of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, it Chad, in dealing with our situation of our 2015 Santa Fe. Especially having it break down 250 miles away from our hometown of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, it made it more challenging for us but Chad was very reassuring and kept us informed along the process. We are very grateful how Chad handled this and also to Hyundai for financially paying 75% of the costs. This is our second new Hyundai vehicle and definitely we would buy another in the future. More

We made an appointment two days in advance to get a new radio, and when we brought the car in for the appointment we were told the part would need to be ordered. After two days, we were told they don’t mak radio, and when we brought the car in for the appointment we were told the part would need to be ordered. After two days, we were told they don’t make that part anymore and they wouldn’t be able to help us. It would’ve been nice to know that ahead of time before bringing the car in and dropping it off for two days. Got a follow up call after sharing this review with more options on how to find and replace the car radio. More
