After finding out my one year tire warranty I was told I had when I bought the car wasn’t true I talked to my salesman he said he never oversells and never over promises taking no responsibility. Then I s had when I bought the car wasn’t true I talked to my salesman he said he never oversells and never over promises taking no responsibility. Then I said what about the rust that was on my car I found before leaving the lot on my final walk through of the car that I was never told about. Thomas specifically said well that’s my Job . So your job is to be dishonest? And lie ? I’m just so disappointed I spent this much money on a brand new car with someone so dishonest. If you come here I suggested you do not go to Thomas for anything he will lie to you just to get the sale . I do love my genesis g80 though. More

The sales associate I worked with was really great. She was very responsive throughout this car process. The receptionist was not good at their job or at communicating and transferring calls. I was hung up was very responsive throughout this car process. The receptionist was not good at their job or at communicating and transferring calls. I was hung up on twice and the 5th time I called back I was told they’re very busy and he can pass on a message or I can leave a message. When I asked to speak to a manager I was given a rude response. The manager over talked me a lot and seemed uninterested in the sale, just wanted to get paperwork done and me out the door. I don’t know if I would return for services here after getting my car because the interactions made me uncomfortable. More
