Bad experience. They confirmed appt. for a specific repair then when we got there didn’t have the part so we had to return. When we got a call to reschedule, the service rep was unfriendly, put us on h repair then when we got there didn’t have the part so we had to return. When we got a call to reschedule, the service rep was unfriendly, put us on hold for 10 mins and never came back. They did two “complimentary multi-point inspections” during the two visits weeks apart. One found nothing, the other found a bunch of “need immediate repair” items. Took car to reliable mechanic who found that none of them were actually needed. The only positive experience was with customer service rep Andrea at the first visit. More

It went very well. Very smooth. They had a loaner car waiting for me, and upon my return, they explained everything they did to the vehicle. Very good experience. Much appreciated. And the best part, my waiting for me, and upon my return, they explained everything they did to the vehicle. Very good experience. Much appreciated. And the best part, my daughter left her water bottle in the backseat of the loaner car. One of the technicians found me and gave me the water bottle prior to my departure. Really appreciated that. Luckily for me, my car broke down across the highway from Morrie’s 394 Hyundai! After a short tow, Jamie at the service desk and the rest of the crew took good care of me. Although he is relatively new, Jam Morrie’s 394 Hyundai! After a short tow, Jamie at the service desk and the rest of the crew took good care of me. Although he is relatively new, Jamie was knowledgeable, helpful, easy to work with and kind. They set me up with financing at Sunbit which helps break down the cost of expensive new car parts and repair. I guess if my car is going to break down that was the best time and place to do it! The service was good and the turnaround was fast. Thanks to all at Morrie’s. More
