Although I was nervous about buying a car sight unseen from more than 300 miles away, I found the process was without a problem and likely went better than had a purchased someplace nearby. The other Mazda dealerships I contacted were less helpful generally and the closest one to me was actually rude the one time I stopped by looking for a model I was interested in. Asked the Morong internet sales team to find a used Porsche Cayenne. Said they were working on it by calling Porsche Financial. Two weeks go by and nothing from them. Contacted a local dealer who finds exotic cars and within 3 hours found 140 used Cayennes, which included cars from Porsche financial. Needless to say I still gave Morong the first chance at a sale, but stipulated I needed to have some sort of information by the end of the day. Three days later I am still waiting for that information to arrive (insert sarcastic laugh here). You would think in today's social media world they wouldn't be so stupid to have poor customer service, but.......... More
