I contacted dealerships throughout the state and got good rates and responses, but none was as good as the what I got at Morong Falmouth. Ashley was extremely responsive, answering my many questions and getting me a great rate for the lease I wanted. When I came in to drive the cars I was considering, they were waiting for me. I worked with Dan to make the decision and get the numbers into my range, and it was easy and painless - and I ended up with an even better deal than I had gone in expecting. I'd definitely recommend working with these guys. More

Extremely satisfied I recently purchased my new Mazda 3 at Morong-Falmouth. I requested Dan Dunham as he had helped a friend of mine purchase a used vehicle. Dan worked I recently purchased my new Mazda 3 at Morong-Falmouth. I requested Dan Dunham as he had helped a friend of mine purchase a used vehicle. Dan worked extremely hard getting her the right vehicle for her budget, and even set up the financing! Dan took the time to give me all of the purchasing options with no pressure what so ever, and gave me the best pricing available. When I picked the vehicle up, Dan sat in the car with me and explained all of the amazing high tech options that I had. It would have taken me a week of fanning through the manual to get them all figured out!!! Matt Sowles processed my paperwork quickly and efficiently, and did a great job. I was very impressed with all of the personnel at Morong. They were all courteous and very friendly, and they have a very comfortable and relaxing environment! When a friend's VW developed serious mechanical problems during a long and late-in-the-day and deadline-driven journey to Downeast Maine July, 2017... When a friend's VW developed serious mechanical problems during a long and late-in-the-day and deadline-driven journey to Downeast Maine from the Boston area, Morong provided excellent service support AND offered a loaner car with generous terms... all of which helped resolve what could have been an inconvenient situation with an unhappy outcome. Significantly, Morong had no prior sales or service relationship with this customer or vehicle, so it seems their efforts went far beyond the norm. Makes us wish Morong could be OUR dealer! Kudos, Morong! More

Random act of kindness My Passat died on my way from Boston to Blue Hill Maine and needed major repair, requiring days. On a deadline for a funeral and return flight in 24 h My Passat died on my way from Boston to Blue Hill Maine and needed major repair, requiring days. On a deadline for a funeral and return flight in 24 hrs my only option was to have AAA tow car back to my family's hometown repairman near Boston. Even though Morong would not be doing the repair, Service Mgr Parker Sowles gave me a complementary 'loaner' for two days so I could get to Blue Hill and back....and then helped arrange AAA for tow of Passat back to Boston area.!! Gold Star "Random Act of Kindness" !!! More
