The dealership was great to work with, but typical sales tactics of calling+messaging multiple times a day which can really get annoying quickly. Carmen on the other hand, was not great to work with. Four days after the sale, she blocked my number and I have not been able to contact her since. My car received a pretty major recall, but I now have to go around her to find a solution to the recall. It took awhile for us to be helped. We understand Andy was busy but nobody else helped us out.
