Andy was extremely knowledgeable and very easy to work with. His communication was impeccable and was very quick to respond at all tines of the day, even on his day off!!! This made the car buying experience simple and easy. Morong was able to hold the car I wanted for about 3 weeks while I went through the TDI buy-back process. This is where I was introduced to Jake Couch. He made the final buy back appointment very easy and then was also in charge of the final paperwork for the sale of my new VW. After a few days of driving the car, Dan followed up with me and I had two small concerns that I wanted to see Steve in Service on. Even for someone as clueless as I, as this was my first new car buying experience, was guided by Dan each step of the way. I have worked with several dealerships before, and very rarely will you find a team that is committed to making things work out without pressuring you.
