The low pressure approach and kind demeanor made us very comfortable - we felt we were in great hands. Jannie made it easy to say goodbye to a beloved vehicle and upgrade to something that the whole family was happy with. I ended up being at the dealership for quite some time because it was so busy and Jannie made it a point to come over and check in while I was waiting. Truly, every one who I dealt with was a real pleasure and made the whole experience nice. Glad to have landed at such a wonderful place and look forward to returning for service, etc. More

He even helped set up and personalize the blue tooth. The price paid was a fair price, I was going to try to talk him down a wee bit more, but got to like him so much, I didn't have the heart to try. So morong, give him a raise or a bonus, he deserves it!!! We got a good price and a great car. I can't say enough good things about John and also Dave in finance. Great team!! We would definitely shop for a car there again More

Inspection Sticker Frustration Brought my Mazda in to get an inspection sticker on August 21 thinking naively that it would take perhaps an afternoon And maybe another day if the ca Brought my Mazda in to get an inspection sticker on August 21 thinking naively that it would take perhaps an afternoon And maybe another day if the car needed something (as it occasionally does). Was told I needed a special muffler gasket. So special in fact that none appeared to be in existence at the time (not on this planet anyway). They told me to call back later. So I called back a day later. Nothing. A couple days later. Nothing. A week later. Progress! The part has been confirmed to exist in Canada. You can imagine my jubilation at this news. Well is it coming here? When will it arrive? Verbal equivalent of a shrug. Two more WEEKS went by. Is the part coming? When will it arrive? Actual equivalent of a shrug as I had to go to the dealership and ask that in person because my voicemails were not being answered in a timely fashion (unless one defines timely as eight hours later). Finally at the end of my rope (and definitely near the end of my available time) I did something I never do - I called the manager ... he didn't pick up so I left a voicemail. Hours passed... To his credit he did return my call, but after three weeks of waiting my patience was pretty much gone. Perhaps I am a bit spoiled by electronic tracking so precise that I know when the UPS guy stops to go to the bathroom, but I think three weeks is a little long just to find out if a part is coming. So I went to Meineke. They told me they could do the work that needed to be done THE NEXT DAY. Not three weeks from then. The next day. They also told me about some other things. They showed me a bare patch on one of my tires which Morong had not mentioned and that the tire was wearing because I needed new shocks. Also not mentioned by Morong. More
