Outstanding customer service!! For the second time in 3 years I have purchased a vehicle at Morong’s Falmouth and have had an outstanding experience! My first experience exceeded my expectations with attention to my personal requests, the ability to receive both a fair price on my trade-in and a great price on the new one. Dan Dunham assisted me at that time. Over the next several years I had my car serviced at this dealership and experienced promptness, efficiency, and quality workmanship. When it came time to trade in my vehicle I did not hesitate to return and again Dan was my salesperson. This time, I visited the dealership 3 days in a row and was treated as if I was one of the family - in fact two employees actually offered me pizza at lunch time! I drove several vehicles until Dan helped me find the one that suited me and supported my specific seating requirements. This took a lot of time and patience - Dan, Anne Cote and Jordan Lee Bolduc provided me with an opportunity to select just the right vehicle. As a customer, I have never been treated with such wonderful service from any other organization and it is obvious that their culture is one of assuring their customers are happy - I highly recommend this dealership! Tyler's easy-going and friendly approach encouraged me to go back to the dealership and buy the Jeep Wrangler I tried out a couple of days earlier.
