In under 48 hours I completed the purchase and trade-in negotiations and had a vehicle sourced and shipped to the dealer (Ashley Treadwell deftly handled the entire process). The in-person experience was also superb - Norma handled all of the delivery and trade details while Jordan documented all of the financial / registration paperwork. Volkswagen has done an excellent job with this car.... style, responsiveness and interior finish are all superior. And the “transferable 72 month/72,000 mile bumper to bumper warranty should help keep the trade in value of the small suv higher than others. Norma and Anne were extremely helpful, responsive and transparent. They gave me their best trade in value for my Volvo right up front compared to another dealer who lowballed the first offer and kept calling back with small increased offers.
