We were at the last stop on our self guided, self education tour in search of the perfect but elusive hybrid/electric vehicle. We were pretty much sold on purchasing a Prius from another dealership when Tyler Robinson mentioned the TDI. We love our new TDI, the gas mileage and overall performance has not disappointed - got 42mpg on our 50 mile trip back home from Morong! We are looking forward to seeing what VW presents in 2022 with the BUZZ, but until then, we are happily just sippn' the diesel for the time being. More

My first experience exceeded my expectations with attention to my personal requests, the ability to receive both a fair price on my trade-in and a great price on the new one. Dan Dunham assisted me at that time. Over the next several years I had my car serviced at this dealership and experienced promptness, efficiency, and quality workmanship. When it came time to trade in my vehicle I did not hesitate to return and again Dan was my salesperson. This time, I visited the dealership 3 days in a row and was treated as if I was one of the family - in fact two employees actually offered me pizza at lunch time! I drove several vehicles until Dan helped me find the one that suited me and supported my specific seating requirements. This took a lot of time and patience - Dan, Anne Cote and Jordan Lee Bolduc provided me with an opportunity to select just the right vehicle. As a customer, I have never been treated with such wonderful service from any other organization and it is obvious that their culture is one of assuring their customers are happy - I highly recommend this dealership! Andy knows everything about the cars they sell and knows about other similar brands so you can compare details right there. We really appreciated the no pressure atmosphere, but he also made it clear he wanted to earn our business. They really worked hard to make the sale happen. Tyler's easy-going and friendly approach encouraged me to go back to the dealership and buy the Jeep Wrangler I tried out a couple of days earlier. The whole team worked together to make sure my buying experience would be a good one - from negotiating the final deal, to looking for better financing options and to finding a workable solution when an issue with the title for the trade in vehicle arose, It felt like we were all working together for my benefit.
