I will definitely work with John again, if the opportunity arises! I was surprised, however, at how long it took to process the financing. In all, I was at the dealership for almost four hours - certainly not all of that was waiting for the financing, and perhaps the fact that it was Saturday slowed things down, but it seemed very long. I made an appointment to come in to see the vehicle in person and was greeted right away and escorted to Norma who was my salesperson. Norma was very relaxed and friendly, she listened to what I wanted and we made a deal on the vehicle I wanted. She went above and beyond helping me move my stuff over from my trade in to the new vehicle. She also took the time to set my phone up with the cars bluetooth and go over some of the features of the vehicle. Quick, easy and efficient transaction, will purchase from Morong in the future. No wonder VW has a bad rap I bought a sport wagon at Morong Falmouth one year ago. Brand new- great car. Dan Dunham was great- no issue there. After one month of ownership, som I bought a sport wagon at Morong Falmouth one year ago. Brand new- great car. Dan Dunham was great- no issue there. After one month of ownership, something had corroded the seal on my sunroof. There were pock market that looked like decay. I brought the car in and after evaluation, I was told this was a result of a natural occurrence (an animal, bird, etc...) there were no other marks around the seal or on the surrounding roof- If an animal had clawed it- there would have been surrounding scratches of some sort. I mentioned there was still some shrink wrap on numerous places around the car (I suspect it had sat awhile with that on and I believe this caused a weakening in the seal which lead to decay) I was told this was not under warranty and would have to pay for this myself- just shy of $1,000. I went back and forth for a few days, and even called the Service manager (the owners son) and never heard a word back nor a return phone call. I then called VW of America. They too were surprised by the diagnosis, and after another week in contact with the dealer, it was decided to go 3-ways @$330 each between dealer, VW and myself. I had no choice but to get it fixed. Fast forward- a year later- I am with another VW dealership out of state and am pleased. When my electrical went out I brought it into my new service center and was told the sun roof drain was faulty and water seeped under the drivers seat and fried out the wiring. It took a week for the parts to come in. Might be unrelated...hmmm...think so? They had never seen this before. I LOVE my car- but I really wish I had bought it anywhere else but Falmouth. For such an upscale town- the service was horrendous. More

I was completely blown away with not only the vehicles I drove, but the service that came with it. Not only were they extremely nice, I felt like they were being honest and transparent all of the time. John went above and beyond and I couldn't be any happier or thankful. Having walked in the Porsche showroom (accidentally), I joked to Jeff that I'd love to be in the market for a Porsche, but that it was beyond my price range (I was looking for a used vehicle under $16,000!). He said it didn't matter to him what I was there to buy and he was delighted to help me. I couldn't be more impressed with his no-hassle, no-pressure, and friendly demeanor. Knowledgeable, affable, and professional from the start, Jeff asked me some questions about my vehicle needs and wants. He showed me a few cars that met my criteria and steered me away from those that didn't. After test-driving a couple of cars, I drove all over greater Portland and did a lot more car shopping at other area dealerships. After spending another two days test driving other cars (and dealerships/sales staff), I went back to Jeff at Morong knowing I was, without a doubt, in the best hands, getting the best customer service. (I wish I hadn't wasted my time at other dealerships, but am grateful to have confirmed my confidence in Morong.) I called Jeff as soon as I walked away from my final test drive at another dealer and asked if the car I wanted was still available. Thankfully it was. He speedily ran it thorough a final service check so that I could have it by COB on a Friday. Jordan was equally impressive when it came time to finalize the deal and documentation. It has been over a month since my purchase and I'm as delighted as the Friday I picked up my new (to me) Kia Sorento. Yep... a Kia from a high-end dealer. The car is in pristine condition, full leather, heated and cooled seats, luxury package. I recommend Morong highly and without reservation. Thanks to the entire dealership, and Jeff in particular. I'll be back when it's time. In the meantime, I recommend you to anyone I know who's in the market for a car. More
Terrible customer experience I purchased my car from morong 4 years ago. Salesman was nice, I forget his name but he is no longer there. I test drove the car for 30 mins and didn’t notice a vibration at specific speeds mostly 34 mph was the worst while cruising, any acceleration or deceleration the vibration was gone. I brought the car back to be checked out hoping morong would help me fix the issue. They refused to even put it on the lift to check it out. I brought my car to prime VW in Saco, Maine and met Matt Cox the best service rep. He has helped me with any problem that came up with my car. I will never bring my car to Morong Falmouth for service nor would I ever buy a car from them. More
