I just closed on my RAV4 Hybrid yesterday with Sales Consultant John Phillips. I am very pleased with my overall experience at Morong Falmouth! I called to inquire about the vehicle I ended up purchasin Consultant John Phillips. I am very pleased with my overall experience at Morong Falmouth! I called to inquire about the vehicle I ended up purchasing and from the jump there was no added pressure to come in and check it out. From the moment I arrived I was greeted outside, shown where to park, offered free lunch, and was able to test drive the vehicle with my wife. John handed me the keys and showed tremendous respect by allowing me to test drive without him even present. I was so pleased with the car I then returned and started the sales agreement which in the moment I was a little suspicious how it would be handled. John was very fair the whole time and never put any added pressure on me to negotiate a deal on the vehicle. I was provided with the full Carfax before I even test drove it as well. I found the price to be incredibly fair and a very good deal after looking online at other RAV4 Hybrids and there was no competition to Morong’s price point for the features of the vehicle, overall condition and the low number of miles on it for a used vehicle. The deal was seemless and I also wasn’t pressured by the business manager like I have been at other dealerships in the past. I left the dealership with a full fuel tank, a fresh wash, and John was insistent that I don’t leave until taking care of the car insurance and that it wasn’t worth the risk to just wait until I got home. He printed my new insurance card and assisted through the process. John also helped me download GPS software on the car and my phone to assist with navigated trips in the future. Morong must have cared for this vehicle like a baby because I am only supposed to average at best a 32MPG with this vehicle and I just achieved 40MPG on my first full day of driving the vehicle. Thanks so much! I will know where to go in the future! More
Purchasing a pre-owned Mercedes MLA 350 I had set up an appointment to purchase the vehicle ahead of time. I even sent pre-approved loan documents to 2 different individuals in their internet sales group. Unfortunately, none of that documentation had been reviewed prior to arrival. However, once the document situation was resolved, Dan Dunham quickly put me on the right course, worked with the loan company directly, and was off in my MLA 350 in approximately 2 hours. I had a great experience and anticipate using Morong for future car purchases. John More

Andy was responsive, helpful, knowledgeable, and informative. He really made the buying process seamless and made what I had been truly not looking forward to painless and a positive experience for me. I didn't feel any pressure to buy and that my concerns and/or questions were answered in a timely manner. I typically don't move quickly when making big purchases, but because of Andy's attention to detail I was confident that I was working with the right sales consultant. I would strongly encourage prospective car shoppers to ask for Andy while visiting Morong and have no reservations to share his name and contact information when I come across folks looking for a new car. Dan was very helpful when signing the purchase paperwork. He explained in detail the extended warranty options, SmartShield product warranty information, and any other applicable review of paperwork. He was very professional and provided me with the answers I needed to understand and move forward with closing on the purchase. More

Overall Good Experience Found car on Car Gurus and sent email to Morong through Car Guru's web site to in quire about the car. The accident box was checked on the Car Guru's and i was looking for more details . Alex followed up the same day with an email indicating there was no accident on the Car Fax which she sent to me. I responded to her to better understand the disconnect but did not hear back. I called Morong and was put into Alex's voicemail. No response for over day and called back only to find out she was gone for a few days. Was not told this when I called the first time. Regardless, spoke with Norma and she was very helpful and carried the ball from there. Norma was easy to work with and I really never felt pressured. Given it was 2 hour drive from my home and the car was exactly what I was looking for, I decided to take it home. The car was in immaculate condition as it was pre-owned and they made sure the tank was filled before I left. Jordan in Finance was very nice as well though I felt she was disappointed that I did not bite on the up sell for additional coverage. A bit awkward for a moment until we moved on. All in all not a bad overall experience More

My only slight complaint was that, when I walked in, there was no one to be found; no one greeted me and no one was visible. It was a slow time of day and a slow day of the week BUT I'd made an appointment ahead of time, so it wasn't unexpected that I'd be there. I had to wonder into the adjacent Audi space (I was there for VW) and find someone myself--which was awkward--and when I did, I was essentially dismissed by the first person I found. It was several minutes before I saw anyone on the VW side. But from then-on, it was a stellar experience. My sales rep was great and friendly and helpful (in fact, everyone I did actually interact with was!); the test drive was fun; and even the financing/paperwork piece was painless. Overall, I would highly recommend these guys and am psyched to continue to work together for the duration of my lease (and hopefully beyond). More

Morong helped me pick the right car. I bought a 2019 Mazda 6 from Norma King at Morong-Falmouth. It was a good car at a fair price, but my back was bad and would not accept the driver's I bought a 2019 Mazda 6 from Norma King at Morong-Falmouth. It was a good car at a fair price, but my back was bad and would not accept the driver's seat. After three months, Norma agreed to take the car as a trade-in, again at a fair price; and she helped me find an Audi, imported from another dealership, with a seat that was better for my back. Throughout, she was sympathetic to my plight and assured me that her primary concern was to get me into the car that was best for me. Other employees were similarly helpful. After this experience, I highly recommend Morong-Falmouth to anyone looking to buy a car. More

He was extremely patient with us since we initially was test driving the Q3 with one trade in. But later we changed our mind for the A4 with a different trade in. On each visit John spent a lot of time going over all of the many features on each vehicle with us. John also made the entire process of locating the exact Audi with features we were looking for and within days driving it home! John followed up with us afterwards and offerred for us to come back to the dealership so he could give us futher instructions on all of the many high tech features. More
