When that topic was brought to his attention, he then bumped his offer to 14k. But in doing so, he created a scene with his rudeness, belittling and loud voice. We believe his emotions truly got overwhelming for him to handle because of his dishonesty. At that point, we new that this was not the dealership to purchase a new vehicle. (New or Used) More
