I have taken my truck to West Plains Morlan Shell Ford for the last year on three different occasions for a supposed failed vacuum pump that thank goodness was covered by my extended warranty in the beginning. Fast forward to now on my FOURTH visit for the same failed vacuum pump and a different tech happens to walk by and says that doesn’t look like a vacuum pump, it looks like a valve cover. So this whole time it’s been a valve cover and not the pump. (By their own admission.) But now my extended warranty is out and Morlan Shell Ford says , nope, it’s not our problem we aren’t going to cover this even though they admit they drop the ball.
